Rūpa Sutta
In Sāvatthi.
“Monks,
(1) Shapes are continually changing,
Gone, the moment they arise,
and bound to become different.
(2) Sounds are continually changing,
Gone, the moment they arise,
and bound to become different.
(3) Odors are continually changing,
Gone, the moment they arise,
and bound to become different.
(4) Tastes are continually changing,
Gone, the moment they arise,
and bound to become different.
(5) Tangible objects are continually changing,
Gone, the moment they arise,
and bound to become different.
(6) Mental activities are continually changing,
Gone, the moment they arise,
and bound to become different. [1]
